F. Lee Bailey and Kenneth Fishman Make Special Appearances on Legal Talk Network’s “Lawyer 2 Lawyer”

Denver, CO – “Lawyer 2 Lawyer” host Bob Ambrogi invited Bailey and Fishman to discuss their newest book and the key skills lawyers need to be effective in cross. The book, Excellence in Cross Examination, explains techniques by recounting actual cases and points out traits such developing memory that aid cross examination. Bailey and Fishman share their insights and lessons during the episode.

F. Lee Bailey is known for his career as a trial lawyer in high-profile criminal and civil cases. He was first licensed as an attorney more than 50 years, authored and co-authored 21 books, and is a licensed private investigator.

Honorable Kenneth J. Fishman was a practicing attorney for nearly 30 years before he became an associate justice of the Massachusetts Superior Court. A former law partner with Bailey, he is a frequent speaker and lecturer for the Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and The Massachusetts Bar Institute.
