Free Affidavit Generator Released by ServeNow.com

ServeNow.com recently released a free affidavit generator through ServeManager case management software. ServeManager is an online tool built to help process servers increase efficiency and better communicate with clients. The custom affidavit generator is just one of the tools integrated in the software. An account is not required to use it.
The free affidavit generator includes a basic affidavit template as well as templates specific to requirements in California. Each proof of service includes case information, involved parties, recipient name and address, and other important information.
Affidavit of Service templates include:
- Basic Affidavit of Service (ServeManager Basic)
- California Proof of Service of Summons (POS – 010)
- California Notice and Acknowledgment of Receipt – Civil (POS – 015)
- California Attachment to Proof of Personal Service – Civil (POS – 020)
- California Attachment to Proof of Service by First-Class Mail – Civil (POS – 030)
- California Attachment to Proof of Service – Civil (POS – 040)
- California Attachment to Proof of Electronic Service (POS – 050)
The templates also provide the option for custom and standard Declarations, including the default ServeManager Declaration and the option to edit or customize a Declaration and save it for later use.
