Lawgical brought team members from as far away as Honduras together for its 2011 company retreat held July 12-13 in Colorado. The retreat served as a means to shape the company’s vision and bring the team even closer together, but it also offered several opportunities for employees to have some fun.
The two-day event kicked off with boating, jet skiing and barbecuing at beautiful Horsetooth Reservoir in Fort Collins, Colorado. This relaxed atmosphere was perfect for socializing and enjoying the sunny summer day before it was time to focus more on business topics.
The next day, the entire Lawgical team made its way to Red Rocks Amphitheatre – one of the most scenic concert venues in the United States. It was here that everyone in the company, from sales to marketing to web development, had the chance to contribute their thoughts about how Lawgical can innovate and increase its offerings to legal professionals. This brainstorming session left everyone with the feeling that the next few years hold big things for the company.
If the 2011 retreat was any indication, these creativity-inspiring and fun events will be a big part of the equation that gives Lawgical its competitive advantage in the legal industry.
