Legal Professional Joining Together for Lawgical Community Food Drive
Denver, CO – This holiday season Lawgical, the umbrella company for various legal support networks, is hosting the Lawgical Community Food Drive, a virtual canned food collection that encourages legal professionals across the country to donate to local causes. With estimates that up to 25% of the population is struggling to put food on the table for their families, Lawgical asks members of the legal community who are able, to join in and donate to local food banks.
“This is a great opportunity for legal professionals across the country to donate to charitable causes as a group,” Lawgical co-founder Trent Carlyle explained. “It’s also a way to highlight the good that these professionals do for their local communities on a national scale.” Attorneys, paralegals, legal support professionals, and all members of the legal community are encouraged to donate non-perishable items such as canned and boxed goods or to make monetary contributions in lieu of individual items if preferred.
Lawgical plans to donate their portion of the contribution to Feeding America, the largest anti-hunger group in the United States. Feeding America has various donation centers across the country.
The current can count, participating firms, and additional information can be viewed on the Lawgical Community Food Drive Page. Contributions from legal professionals, process servers, private investigators, bail agents, and more will be highlighted throughout the drive with a can counter, photos, and updates on Facebook and Twitter.
