Denver, CO – Tom Mighell and Dennis Kennedy, hosts of Legal Talk Network’s Kennedy-Mighell Report, recently celebrated their 100th podcast. The episode, titled,Pardon Our 100th Interruption, paid homage to ESPN’s Pardon the Interruption, one of the hosts’ favorite shows and an inspiration for starting their podcast.

The milestone show included segments like Toss-up, in which each host took a different side on legal tech issues, such as iPad vs. Android, apps vs. software programs, cloud vs. local programs and storage, and Facebook vs. LinkedIn. In What’s the Word, they took legal technology sentences and filled in their own words, and in a final segment, Odds-makers, the two attorneys gave their odds on the likelihood of various legal technology developments, issues, and scenarios for the coming year.

Predictive coding, password protection, technology advancements, security breaches, and Windows 8 were all discussed during the show. Mighell and Kennedy produced their first show in March of 2009, which now publishes bi-weekly on Legal Talk Network.
